One of our many programs is called back to basics which is going back to the 1970/80s training routines of basic movements, hard training and sweat through using free weights, plateloaded and resistance machines. The machines we use have been individually made and tested to our own specifications to hit the muscle group that we are concentrating on instead of other parts of your body that a lot of corporate gyms seem to use today.
